[...] This Sunday, I had the honor, privilege, and FUN of being on WATE Channel 6 anchor Gene Patterson’s weekly roundtable show, Tennessee This Week. Gene discussed the issue of lawmakers and guns to start the show off.  He has a great write up about Senator Burchett over at his blog.  As an offshoot, one of the topics I raised was one of coincidence.  As Mayor Haslam has taken a little heat from the NRA by joining New York Mayor Bloomberg’s Alliance known for its anti-2nd amendment leanings, we have Commissioner Lumpy Lambert and Senator Tim Burchett, two NRA supporting politicians, properly using the 2nd amendment to defend their lives and property.
